This is a month-to-month rental only. Water and landscaping is included. Tenant pays for all other utilities. No pets permitted.

Please note: This home is located on an active dairy. As such, there will be exposure to flies, rodents, and nearby operating machinery. These conditions are part of the setting and are beyond our control.
