Everyone from our little area here gets together for some wonderful BBQ, live music, small talk & maybe a few fireworks. Itā€™s such a nice, close knit, tight community where everybody really does know each other. This is a community filled with pride & joy, and itā€™s loved by us all for all the right reasons. "

    "Our neighborhood is great for dog walking, pedestrians, kids & the elderly. Itā€™s nice, well maintained, and quiet here. The main roads do get quite heavy with traffic, but the neighborhoods are set back away from the businesses, and the sound walls deter & prevent much more than just sound pollution šŸ˜‰"
