Nestled along the picturesque street of South State Street in Dover, conveniently located across the street from BayHealth Medical and next to Holy Cross. This home is just a stones' throw from all Dover has to offer including its proximity to the hospital. It has a large yard, a detached garage, and even a spacious, window enclosed sunroom in front.

This property has had extensive updating. On the first floor, the bathroom flooring and main living area was replaced with vinyl plank; the bathroom vanity, mirror, and sink were replaced; the kitchen has a new (2023) gas range and there is a perfect spot for a washer and dryer in the foyer next to the kitchen. The entire house has new paint. Upgraded flooring to vinyl planks was added upstairs in 2021. There is a new HVAC unit (2021) specifically for the upstairs and a brand-new heat pump (2023) that services the first floor. A closet in one of the bedrooms was constructed. Also, the basement has new carpet and a new sink and faucet in the basement bathroom. This is a great opportunity for a family to enjoy everything that Dover has to offer

No smoking or pets allowed, and no exceptions will be made. We also are not able to accept Section 8 payments at this time.

Tenants pay for all utilities and lawn maintenance. First floor has a heat pump and forced air furnace (note this will require heating oil) and the second floor has a stand-alone central HVAC unit (electric). Standard lease of 12 months length.

    "It’s very easy to get in and out of the neighborhood. White Oak rd can be busy closer to 13 but this far back is great. Very close to Route 1 and lots of back road to drive to clear your mind when needed. Also still close to shopping, main road and highways, and Dover AFB."
