This is a new 12-unit apartment complex. It was first rented in April of 2024. It is just 2 blocks from Main Street in Martinez. Parking is underneath the apartments. The apartment is very quiet and very clean. Each unit has a washer & dryer.

Renter is responsible for PG&E, internet, and water.
No smoking allowed in the apartments or on the premises.
No pets are allowed.
Two-year lease required.
The security deposit is same as first month's rent.

We ask for a 2-year lease. We do not accept pets. Smoking is not permitted on the property.

Clean parks and clean sidewalk areas gardens with flowers, nice grass growing, 🌹💗 good morals and keeping safe, good parking. no speeding cars in a residential areas, high standards, good to be there at the moment but, gym time is important, having a healthy body matters. saddle ridge is an special beautiful place to live.     "I work in Martinez about 6 minutes away by car and 37 minutes walking, soooooo it’s easy. Highway 4 East is often a nightmare but you can usually get to 680 without getting stuck as long as it’s not between noon and 5pm"
