"Houses in this area aren’t worth the asking price at all yes it’s quiet in the area but lots of people when I use to stay there moved as well cause rent was going up for houses that weren’t worth the price "

"there's always safety you just have to teach your kids right and look up your area to see if anything is going 9n in the neighborhood "

"The Main Street is very busy street So be very careful and aware of the traffic most importantly don’t let them ride their bikes and skateboards in the street "

"Most people around here do you have dogs and you gotta walk them. There’s a park right up the street so you can also take your dogs there and it’s pretty calm and it’s a got a good grass area. I love living in Sunrise Manor. The east side is mostly just working class and I think it’s pretty quiet around the Winterwood area. It’s mostly families and there’s a school right up next to the park."

"If the area is safe enough for there kids and for there own good. They have to feel safe in the neighbor hood"

"This neighborhood isn’t as bad but there are a few thieves here and there. Stores are far if walking, parks are nice and people are nice. I would reccomend packages being left out and it is a very popular neighborhood."

"There are a few bus stops in the intersection of Lake Mead and Nellis which is good. Driving up and down Lake Mead east of Nellis is a pain during rush hour because the road only has two lanes on each side as opposed to three west of Nellis."
