My posted listing price is an arbitrary number since I'm continuing renovations, while being open to a buyer who wants to demolish then re-build on this specific lot... in that case I don't need to finish renovations ;) At the same time, I'm looking for a price that will afford me a property back in SLC or Denver, my two former "home towns."
