About this House

Completely private unit, In sunshine canyon, epic 270 degree views of the Rocky Mountains only 10 minutes from Pearl Street/downtown Boulder. The views inspire one to be outside, meditate and enjoy connectedness to nature on a daily basis. The pictures don't quite represent the peaceful inspiring feeling when on the 4 acres of property.

2 bedroom, one office, one bath, one private kitchen with access to a large deck overlooking the views, salt water hot tub and cold plunge tub. Also a large storage room is connected to the interior space for outdoor gear or art supplies, etc.

Lots of space inside and out. Tons of natural lighting. Walking trails out the door with views of downtown denver and flatirons.

Owner occupies the top level. A locked door separates the two levels. Soundproofing has been added between the levels across the unit

I am an avid rock climber and photographer who works from home. Hope to find a tenant who loves a peaceful quiet haven to enjoy the amazing scenery. Great place to work from home with views from every room and stable WiFi

Kitchen has full size convection stove/oven with dishwasher and washer/dryer.

Please send me a brief introduction about your situation (single/couple, job/pets) and what you are looking for. Owner prefers no pets due to allergies and risk of pet being harmed by local wildlife

First step is to have a phone call, then we can set up a showing if it's a good fit.

$2850 includes entire lower level private unit, utilities and solo access to hot tub with permission based access for guests. Available June 6, summer rental or long term lease options possible. Furnished or partially furnished options.

Strict no pet policy, no exceptions

Open to a shorter team lease for a higher price point

"I work in Berthod Colorado, which is a thirty minute commute. The views are stunning. So much of the great outdoors are preserved here. Itโ€™s truly magical. At the same time, there is a bus stop right next to my house that would be handy if I worked in town in Boulder. "
  • Nancypautsch
"This is a dog friendly neighborhood. Several neighbors have dogs that they walk which is fun to see. We donโ€™t presently have dogs, but we always had one to two dogs with our three kids as they were growing up. Pets definitely are park of a neighborhood community. "
