For stays of 3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee of $225 will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived.This two bedroom two bath suite features 1067 square feet of living space on two levels; One king bed; Two Twin beds; Queen Sofa Sleeper; full kitchen; deck and in unit washer/dryer. full payment will be due 25 days prior to arrival; after which, all payments are non-refundable. Cancellations after November 1st are non-refundable.RESERVATIONS FOR GREATER THAN 20 DAYS, a 25% non-refundable payment is due within 24 hours of booking (no extensions).

    "Teach your kids how to walk on the sidewalk and not in the shoulder of the road, 5 feet away. Also, go the speed limit, if someone flashed their lights at you, you’re either going too slow or you’re going to fast, and they are warning you that the fuzz is ahead. Simple logic you would think, but not so simple anymore"
