New tiny home in a small lakeside community. This tiny home has a large screened porch, lake front access, a shared firepit outside, and fully equipped kitchen. The built-in desk space is perfect for working from home. There is extra storage under the staircase and additional storage is available on the property for tenants. All amenities are in the kitchen except for dishwasher. Washer and dryer are in the unit. Renter pays $100 for utilities, which includes water, electricity, gas, sewer, and garbage removal. Small pets are allowed in the home with a $250 security deposit. This home is move-in ready with first months rent and deposit. SPECIAL OFFER: Rent is $1100 for the first 6 months of the lease as an introductory offer and then raises to our regular rate of $1250 for the remainder of the lease. 12 month minimum lease.

Tenant is only responsible for wifi. All other utilities included. No smoking. ONE SMALL PET.
