Walk to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery store. Easy access to Rt. 95. Close to beach, Wilcox Park, Granite Theater, YMCA, Westerly Library. One off-street parking spot.
Credit and background check, references, employment verification.
Apartment has large eat-in-kitchen with dishwasher and pantry for storage, vinyl flooring. Living room and bedroom are carpeted. Owner lives a few blocks away.
Possible rental discount of $40/month for a tenant who is willing to vacuum the common areas/stairs, sweep near washer/dryer in basement, and take out laundry trash on a weekly basis.
