Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and a full bath.
The master bedroom is oversized with entrance to the full bathroom and sliders to an upper deck.

There is a split ductless air conditioning on both floors and fresh paint throughout.
There is a washer and dryer in the basement.

Westerly beaches 10 minute drive, 10 minutes to interstate 95.

YEARLY RENTAL

Tenant pays for utilities ( oil heat, electric, water/sewer usage, trash pickup and internet/TV). Tenant responsible for lawn and yard maintenance, snow and ice removal.

Subleasing is not allowed.

Short application required, no fee. Proof of income, credit report and BCI required. Rent to income ratio should be no more than 30%. ( Gross monthly income, before tax should be 3 x the rent) Photo id will be required for identity verification. The first month rent and security will be required to move in.

No smoking.
Cat and small dogs allowed with approval.
