It has two hot water heaters, a strong central AC unit, fenced in backyard, and it has an air conditioned and electric enforced storage shed in the back. This would be perfect for a growing family. TISD district. Walking distance to Texas High school. Brand new 3 drawer dishwasher, four burner stove and oven combo, tall two door refrigerator/freezer, washer and dryer. It has a large deck on the back of the house, brick sidewalks around the house and to the storage shed, several tall trees, sweet neighbors, and a block from a police station.

No smoking inside the house. Rent and deposit due at signing. Utilities are at the responsibility of the tenant. Lawn mower provided for the tenant to keep up the property. Year long sign-on pledge. I do not accept section 8. Other info in contract.
