Welcome to 'Sandy Toes' at Seabrook Beach and feel at home in this spacious home. This 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home sleeps 9 guests and offers a prime beachside location.
Enjoy ocean views from the wrap-around deck and unwind in the family room with the gas fireplace and smart TV. The open-concept, fully equipped kitchen features updated appliances, a coffee maker with coffee provided, a sit-in island with 3 bar seats, and an 8-person dining table. The living room includes 2 3-seater couches. Enjoy central air and in-unit laundry. The fenced-in backyard offers plenty of space to run around and includes a lacrosse net, a small lower deck, and a patio with an outdoor couch and 2 chairs around a fire pit.
A $100 fee per pet applies and will be charged through our software after the booking is confirmed. Parking is available for up to 4 cars in the driveway.
Centrally located near the Hampton Beach strip and Salisbury Beach boardwalk, Seabrook offers a charming blend of coastal living and small-town charm. With its sandy beaches, historic sites, and thriving local culture, Seabrook beckons visitors to explore its scenic shores and rich heritage. From seaside adventures to quaint shops and seafood eateries, this vibrant town embodies the essence of New England coastal living, inviting all to discover its hidden treasures.
Quiet hours are between 9:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. Please treat this house with the same respect as you would your own home. Be sure to maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay. Never leave children unsupervised without any adults. Always report any accidental damages or breakages in a timely manner, especially before check-out. Please do not move any furniture from one room to another without agreeing to it first. Absolutely no house parties. Do not flush anything down the toilet except for toilet paper. Smoking, vaping, or illegal drugs are not allowed in or on the property. Please always use bathroom vents when showering and the stove fan when cooking. Always make sure the storm door is shut tight. Clean the dryer vent after every use. No candles. Do not use bath towels on the beach. You may not exceed the number of people specified at the time of booking. If you damage furniture or any items in the property, you will be responsible for the cost of the damage or replacement. Guests are to allow homeowner or service access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Guests are responsible for ensuring that any visitors comply with these House Rules. For guests bringing pets, please clean up after them. We will be requesting additional payment for any extra clean up from your pet. No more than 2 dogs allowed. You must be at least 25 years old to book.

    "used to be considered a poor town but has since changed that imagel. the new stores and construction was a pain at first because it made traffic un barable. however ot now shows that all of that was well worth it. new families are moving in to the town and is not only families that have been here for generations anymore "
