Description

This is an unremuddled American Foursquare home with a new slate roof in 2012 extending its life 150 years. The back deck was rebuilt in 2017 by manually crafting treated lumber to match the interior main chestnut wood staircase design. Original unpainted chestnut wood throughout with mostly original finish. Off white Corian kitchen countertop installed 2002. Multi pane kitchen doors for the cabinets were hand constructed in 2016 to match the design of the builtin dining room china cabinet doors. Single bath with porcelain tub was enhanced with period shower head and efficiency toilet in 2005. Bathroom was fully tiled using white subway tile with thin sliver of green at border. Custom off white small hex tile floor with green accents. Electric upgraded in 1980. Detached garage with electric accessible from common alley.
