  • Brody H.
"What is there not to love? We have 2 dog parks for big and small dogs so they don’t bully each other, and the parks are massive and grassy, tons of trails. It’s the perfect place for dog walkers. "
  • Craig H.
"There are a lot of really well kept parks in the area and it’s great for walking and being outdoors. It’s very close to the freeways and airport but there isn’t too much noise. "
  • Sactownhero
"Much like the rest of Sacramento proper, the North Natomas area is dotted with houses that sit a mere feet away from their neighbors. The streets are too narrow to allow for comfortable street parking so when people do park on the streets, it’s difficult to maneuver around them. Crime has increased dramatically over the past 7-10 years too. What used to be a quiet peaceful place for raising kids has turned into a crowded mini-city. "
  • Kristi S.
"The neighborhood is diverse and that’s pretty cool. The yards are cared for by the association and so everything looks clean and well kept "
  • Wownicehouse
"I love it here. Everything is great, although if you are looking for nightlife and the club scene at your doorstep, you would likely be happier living downtown Sac. "
