Larger front deck for outdoor space. storage shed on property. garden area, on aprx 1 acre w trees and great 360 views . Close to town First propane tank covered, water covered, trash covered. electric renters' responsibility. Country living 7 minutes from town.

Owner pays trash and water. The Propane tank is full now, additional fills renters' responsibility for, as well as electric. PETS ARE NEGOTIABLE on an individual basis with a pet fee. No smokers. Property doesn't require a lot of Maintenace , but trees should be watered when required. That is why we pay water bill. trash should be removed & taken to the provide shared trash dumpster.
