Description

Have you ever dreamed of living on the beach? You don't have to keep dreaming. Check out this comfy private bedroom (10.5 x 15 ft) in a two-bedroom condo... perfect for experiencing Salem during Halloween, too!

+ Across the street (literally!) from Nahant Beach. Have breakfast every morning with a view of the ocean. Walk along the sands to Tides Restaurant, surf, paddle or kayak the waves year round, and enjoy one of the best beaches on the North Shore.

+ Run, bike, skateboard or walk along Lynn's 3.5-mile promenade, stretching from the end of Nahant Beach thru Swampscott. Another great amenity right outside your front door.

+ A quick walk to Lynn Commuter Rail stop; 25-min train ride to downtown Boston as short of a commute as Alewife Station to Park Street! Short (~10 min) drive to Wonderland on the Blue Line, downtown Salem, and other area amenities.

+ Recently renovated; kitchen includes a dishwasher. Private laundry just for the unit (no coin-op, no waiting on a washer).

+ Huge living room, dining room, and kitchen. 1,277 sq. ft. of total living space!

Available Oct 1. The condo common areas and your bedroom are already furnished (can remove the bed and other bedroom furnishings as needed).

Why do you think you would be a perfect fit for your new home? Please include a short writeup about yourself, your interests, and your current employment to start the process of applying.

Minimum 6 month lease term (ideally ~1 year). First, last and security deposit due upon signing.

Unfortunately, this room is available for single occupancy only (no couples, no smoking). Additional cleaning deposit for pets.

Street parking (no resident sticker required and always plenty of spots).

Renter must keep the common areas clean and help with taking out the trash, splitting common use items (toilet paper, etc.), and otherwise being a good-faith roommate.

"Stay Clean frfr and be nice to everyone in the neighborhood who needs to go to work in the morning and be respectful "
  • SMCK
"Dog owners would have to be careful of being attacked by other dogs, being mugged, and, stalked. Dec 2023 a man’s nose and ear were bitten off by 2 loose dogs next to the park in the area where all the kids go play in the summer. I have personally been stalked while walking my dog, had a weapon pointed at me for just walking the dog around the block, and had an aggressive dog jump the fence 2x to get to my dog. Now we drive to safer towns to go on walks because of how dangerous it has been just to walk around the block with our dog. "
  • Trulia User
