One of our most desirable ensuite rooms. The spacious "Victorian Rose suite" features your own private bathroom, exquisite stained glass windows, a fireplace, direct access to the shared balcony, and so much more. Tenant has access to the common commercial-size kitchen, laundry room, bike storage room, and front patio, and also the Living Room in the Sanctuary which is great for relaxing, reading, or yoga. You'll also have access to the formal dining area, and coffee room in the Sanctuary. Building used to be a Bed & Breakfast, but we're now renting rooms on a month-to-month basis.

REQUIREMENTS: One tenant only per room. No smoking or pets. No history of evictions, criminal record, and no sex offender record. No exceptions.
