EXTERIOR: Home sits on the deepest lot (211 feet) at the rear of the development and backs to a nature preserve - great privacy. Rental of home also qualifies for use of the Fountainview pool. The Fountainview development features large pillared, palm-tree-lined frontage. Fountainview features only underground utilities so that power, cable, and phone lines are not seen. All homes are connected to city water/sewer; there is no septic as is common in many nearby developments. THe location is ideal as it allows residents access to Hwy 98 in less than 60 seconds. It is one mile east of the Navarre bridge and 1.1 mile west of the Walmart Supercenter, and within walking distance to shops, offers quick access to the beach and stores and yet is just far enough away to miss the tourist and commercial traffic. It is 9.5 miles to the Hwy 98 Hurlburt Gate.
