Near mass public transit, very good school district, quite diverse but totally quiet and everybody is minding their own business. The playground located by Grand Central Expressway has a tennis court and athletic field with volleyball court and track among other parts. Also the neighborhood is a walking distance to Forest Park. Great area for kids. "
