The house was recently upgraded with fresh paint, new vinyl floors, new kitchen cabinets and appliances, new AC unit and furnace, and new bathroom finishes. The living room, kitchen, and bedrooms are all furnished, and all utilities covered by the landlord.

Lease duration: 3 months, minimum

No smoking indoors and strict drug-free policy

Landlord is responsible for maintaining the yard and exterior, tenants are responsible for maintaining a clean interior

Landlord will be allowed to come by every Sunday morning to maintain her garden in the backyard

Any provided furniture or small appliance (i.e. bed frame, coffee maker) that break during the tenancy the landlord does not replace.
