Room for rent by owner in artist's paradise, available now. 750 a month utilities included, rent month to month no fees.

Shared bathroom which two other roommates use occasionally and is used by visitors. Our property is a 2 acre queer farm with gardens, an orchard, a workshop, outdoor gym, and more for you to enjoy.

Three roommates, we are artists on the messy side who get along great with others.
We have chickens and three big dogs who live outside and love people.

Located in East Tucson at Pantano and 22nd. A bit out of the way and worth it. We are a 20 min drive from Tucson center and very bussable. The nearby bus stop has a route that goes straight downtown. Gated and very serene.

Pets are a maybe, someone small who lives in your room or a dog that joins our pack outside could work. Contact for any questions.

    "There is easy access to your bus routes and it is minutes to downtown. Shopping is walking distance. Excellent restaurants and live music on most weekends. Neighbors are well educated, friendly, and ages range from 1 to the 90s. There are a lot of walkers in the morning and evening and parks, golf, tennis, and a community are blocks away. "

Events like Mother’s Day celebrations, movie nights, back to school BBQ, Friday nights at the park with food trucks. We also have a community garden. My neighborhood (Colonial del Valley) is mostly elderly people who raised their kids here and a mix of younger people who are buying homes from relatives. "

They may not like reckless drivers that cut through the neighborhood streets at times. This would usually occur at night though. There are many dogs in this neighborhood, mostly friendly and very few would ever get out. "
