FYI (Price just lowered) People are fighting over the price, offering us more money than we were asking. Problem is nothing is coming of it, etc.....
We are now asking $305,000 with us paying nothing, fixing nothing if it needs it (and I know of nothing that needs fixed)

We do not want any help from a realtor to sell, we do not care about the appraised value OR the inspection ,,, all a big game anyway....

Not in a hurry to sell this home, it is very nice living here, AND have no place to mover or a new place picked out. Soooo first come...... no more bidding wars, tired of that.
Would like it to be a stress free transaction..

Also owner may be willing to carry the loan or some of the loan for the correct person and a good down payment.
Wonderful quite and gated community with a private lake with no through traffic. Lake views from the kitchen and living room. Kitchen has upgraded 48 inch Viking gas oven with double refrigerators. Close to movies and restaurants but still tucked away and quite. Can not buy a better home for this price. What would you want for the same price water view or a dirt lot view. PLEASE compare only homes on water not with just a bare lot of dirt.
