About this House

What a beautiful condo, with fenced in rear yard & private deck. Stainless appliances, custom paint throughout home. Fire place for the winter months, wood floors... Great location for public transportation, close to schools and short commute to Joint base and Anchorage.

1 year then can be renewed, we do not do month to month rentals.
Dog's on approval with additional 50 a month per dog, all dogs have to be over a year old and we do NOT take aggressive ones. NO CATS!

    "There are plenty of places to walk with paths and parks around the area. At least the park where the Bear Paw is held has poop bags already there, which makes it a nice place with a wide area to take your pup. "

    "The roads are ROUGH in the winter! People say it’s well maintained, but the road gets VERY narrow, and there is so much snow sometimes the plows won’t get to the side streets until well after 10am. Good luck getting to work! You definitely need 4wd and good winter tires or studs!"
