Last power bill was $38. Backed up to Carlton Oaks Golf Course, lots of privacy in the back. 30 yo grape vines in back put out great, orange and lime trees. Lots of room, current dirt bike track in back yard. Whole north side yard 3" gravel to back fence, look at satellite maps, sail shades will stay, along with anything else agreed on.
