Home is 1 bedroom and is 690SF + loft (loft is additional 170 SF), has entry "mudroom", walk-in closet and plenty of other cabinets with organizers, washer/dryer and additional storage space in the garage.

Built in the 1930's, the cabin has kept its original detail--very vintage with an open beam ceiling, original knotty pine walls, wood floor and a large granite fireplace. French doors in living room open to secluded back patio and forest and inviting open deck. It is surrounded by dogwoods and cedar trees. Home is not crowded near other homes--both neighbors are approx. 100' away, and back of home is open forest only no neighbor in view. Home is also set back away from the street.

There is central heating, but wood fireplace may be used instead as it was the original source for heating in earlier years. Windows are dual paned. A generator with transfer switch is on the premise. Private parking in the driveway easily fits 2 cars.

It's located in Skyforest, next to Hwy 18 for easy commute, and near shops, restaurants and Skypark Village. There's local hiking at Heaps Peak Arboretum, and only a few minutes drive to Lake Arrowhead Village with its many restaurants and shops and scheduled entertainment & fine dining.

Prefer 1 year, but may consider shorter term. Good credit and employment required, and we will verify credit and background check. Small dog allow with pet fee.
