This is an age restricted community. Close to Intel, and the Price Road Corridor. Beautiful mountain views and wide open fields with frequent wild horse sightings right out the backyard. Great area for bike riding, tennis, swimming, golfing and pickle ball. One of the two pools is located just up the street from this home. Nice 30 foot covered side patio with plenty of seating for your guest. If you like to test your luck in gambling or enjoy great shows offered, there are nice casinos located just a few miles away. Great restaurants close by. Not far from Tucson and Casa Grande. About 10 mins from the beautiful South mountain parks. At least one person that will be resdiding will need to be 40 years old. No one under 19 years old allowed for more than 30 days in a 12 month period. Currently rented fully furnished to include wifi, trash and water, electric and yard maintenance. Shorter and longer terms available. Limited garage access for laundry usage only. Pets are allowed with additional fees. Please note, this is a NON SMOKING property, inside and out of any kind.
