Unit features newly refinished hardwood floors, newly remodeled bathroom and kitchen, with fresh paint throughout. There is a small storage shed outside. The unit is all electric . Apartment is on a well and septic, so water is included, as well as trash. It has electric baseboard heat, and window units for cooling, which you would have to supply. The max amount of people that can occupy is 3 due to the septic system. Property does have a good size yard that is fenced in. *There is no washer or dryer hookup in unit.*To qualify you need to make at least 3 times the rent per month, good rental references, no evictions, have at least 650 credit score, steady employment history. We will require a copy of your credit report, first months rent and a $1,100 deposit to move in. No smoking in unit allowed. $50 dollar application fee.
