Utilities are included//consider this when price comparing. There is a cap on electricity in the summer of $150. Tenant pays the balance. Other utilities that are included are basic high speed internet, heat, pest control, water, sewer, trash removal and community amenities.
Smoking, vaping and illegal drug use is strictly prohibited. A credit score of at least 620 is required. The damage deposit is far less than average to benefit our creditworthy tenants. Pets are not allowed generally, but one small dog may be permitted depending on breed. Lease duration is flexible. Pricing is based on a three month lease and ends on September 30, 2024. Tenant must maintain weeds in the yard for longer term leases and keep the household furnishings and fixtures maintained except for large items, which are the responsibility of landlord. The only fee is a $100 application fee to check credit, evictions and criminal background and a $300 cleaning fee.
