The bedrooms are nice and roomy with large closets, 2 of the bathrooms have showers while all 3 have toilets and sinks. A nice sized kitchen has plenty of cabinet space, a full size stove/oven, a full size refrigerator, new dishwasher, and the full size washer and dryer is in the mud room. The house has a large rear deck, a nice fenced backyard, and the neighborhood is made of a nice mixture of new families with elderly residents. Sorry, no pets are allowed, a minimum of 700 credit score is required, and each adult needs to fill out an application. All applications and credit checks are done in house.
