Lease is a month to month lease. Would love to have someone stay long-term, but I understand travel employment contracts are usually 3 to 6 months.

    "There’s a dog park not too far that does have water for dogs not a bring your own kind of thing. The dog owners around here are super nice as well and keep the park maintained as well as help keep the park poop free. Most dogs are on leash so you’re good there as well. "
