Spacious 3bed 2bath house with tons of storage! - This 3bed 2bath house is in a great neighborhood in Thurston!

There are hardwood floors through living room, dining room and one bedroom. A wall AC unit and wood burning fireplace in the living room. Sliding door off of the dining room to the patio that has grape vines growing on the trellis. Built-ins in the hallway, and a large bathroom. The large master bedroom has an attached bathroom, two closets, and a sliding door to the back yard. The other bedroom in the back also has two closets, and is very large.

Huge laundry/mud room with tons of shelving and a utility sink. The laundry room attaches to the single car garage with more storage, and door to the back yard.

The yard is large, mostly fenced. Ceiling and wall heat.

Close to grocery stores, Thurston High School, Thurston Middle and Ridgeview.

NO Pets allowed.

    "There’s a walking/bike path that goes a few miles. Starting near shopping and bus lines it goes around parks and school, even a tennis court. Lots of grass along the way for your dog to relieve himself. Most people are decent enough to clean it up. The path ends up over near a river and a new path that runs another direction along nature area with wildlife for your dog to bark at. "
