    "The traffic is horrible. The roads can not handle the amount of people that are already here and they are adding many more homes in the foreseeable future. A typical commute to Disney Seaworld or Universal can take you 45 minutes up to 2 hours depending on traffic which is constant from 7am -8pm."

People don't keep up their property and there's always pitbull running loose,plus you are forced to have Spectrum cable whether you want to or not. Rent is always going up while safety is going down."

    "Downtown Kissimmee trick or treating. Fun spot and old town, Saturday’s old car parade, rides for all ages! Thursday’s bike night! Stores and markets not so far in any direction! Rico café on south John Young and Patrick, best Latin restaurant, with the best quesitos in the area! Los Primos, best Latin restaurant on 192, with the greatest frituras! Other community events are unknown to me because I don’t assist of them! "

    "We are near the Sunrail Station, Poincianas. We have five Walmart’s nearby. The roads are crowded during rush hour. There are numerous shopping stores & restaurants nearby. Wendy’s, McDonalds Popeye’s Publix, Beall Ross, Home Depot, Fed Ex, Aldi’s 20 minutes to I-4. There is lot’s of road construction because the area is crowded now. Lots of Mosques & Churches the area has expanded over the years."
