Near US 60 and 202, walk to Albertsons, restaurants, banks, Costco is 2 miles.

Monte Vista is a 55+ community and potential buyers must see the requirement of Monte Vista Village Resort and be made aware of the Rules and Regs of Monte Vista including the requirement for a background check.
