This unit has been grandfathered in, making it eligible to be rented.

-First month and last month plus $1250 security deposit due at time of move-in.
-Submit application via Zillow so they can do a credit and background check.
-Tenant will pay rent electronically via rental portal. And will pay $7/month for Rent Tracker which helps tie rental payment history to credit score to help build your credit. No exceptions.
-Only one name on lease (example partners living together must pick one to have as primary name on lease responsible for payment and lease terms)
-No cats, but small/medium dogs are allowed.
-No smoking in unit under any circumstances
-One parking spot available for tenant. Additional parking for guests located just 50 feet away around the corner.
-Tenant responsible for electric and cable/WiFi.
-Apartment will be leased *unfurnished*

Brentwood Forest is a coveted place to live. Lots of fun and great people to make friendships with live here! There are two pools, a fitness center, and it's located right behind Whole Foods and across the road from the Galleria Mall. It's in the perfect location!

Priority tenancy will be given to individuals working in the healthcare industry or graduate students/residents at Wash U/SLU law or medical schools. Will vet all applicants equally, though. Must provide last 60 days of pay stubs from current employer, last 2 year housing history with landlord phone number, and if a student last two years transcripts (and if the student hasn't had a proper job yet, internships/coops/or summer jobs from the past two years will be sufficient for review)

Plenty of dog in the area, you meet new people while walking your dog almost every time. Limited selection of bars and pubs, decent restaurants."
