We are ready for a new occupant in our beautiful townhome!

Located in Eagle Palms North a gated community! Our end unit features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 1/2 bath downstairs, as well as 1 car garage. Wood flooring on first level, brand new carpet installed in all bedrooms and upstairs hallways. Freshly painted throughout the entire home and have installed new hardware for our new occupants. The living room, kitchen, and common spaces feature high ceilings, great natural light, and open concept which we have loved for hosting and family time. This unit has a 1-car garage, driveway, and plenty of guest parking nearby. The community also has a resident resort style pool. HOA includes Trash, Water, Sewer, exterior maintenance, & maintenance of the grounds. The neighborhood is close to the crosstown, 75, and US -41 making commute in any direction simple.

Upon approval we will credit our tenant for the HOA fees associated with the application on the 2nd month of the lease.

This property offers a minimum lease term of 12 months, with a monthly rent of $2,200, a refundable security deposit of $1,500, and $300 refundable Pet deposit contingent upon a satisfactory move-out inspection. Rent is due on the 1st of each month, with late fees applied if payment is not received by the 8th. There is one Pet allowed in the unit not exceeding 30 pounds. Tenants are not permitted to paint or make alterations to the unit. Parking is available in the garage and driveway, with designated areas for guest parking. Tenants are responsible for purchasing a gate entry sticker and for replacing any lost guest tags or keys. Smoking, more than one pet, and pets over 30lbs are not allowed in the unit, and subleasing is prohibited.
