About this House

This great home is located in a quiet neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac. Walking into the home you'll be welcomed by a large living room that peeks into to the dinning area. Next to the dinning area is a decent sized kitchen with a new fridge and new dishwasher. From this area there is a sliding glass door to a good-sized back yard that is 2/3 turf with rocks in one area for pets to potty. The house itself creates shade in the evenings, and in the morning you'll have shade created by the fence. Behind the fence is a wash, so the neighbors behind you are far back and higher up. The rest of the house has three bedrooms.The main bedroom being the largest with its own full bath, a good sized bedroom, and smaller bed room, as well as an additional full bath. There is a cute laundry room (hall) where the smaller room is located, that leads to the garage. We have truly loved this home, but we're on to the next chapter of life. Events like Mother’s Day celebrations, movie nights, back to school BBQ, Friday nights at the park with food trucks. We also have a community garden. My neighborhood (Colonial del Valley) is mostly elderly people who raised their kids here and a mix of younger people who are buying homes from relatives. "

It is minutes away from the university and shopping downtown or a variety of shops, eating establishments, and the mall is not far away.
