Nine Mile Falls Elementary is a wonderful place to have my children learn and grow. We have been full-time students and we have been part of the Family Partnership Program (homeschool through the district). The teachers care about student's overall success and development. Being part of any small school you will find some perks and areas for growth. They do what they can to provide extra enrichment opportunities for students who need more of a challenge, but it's tricky to provide it all. It does feels like we get the benefits of a private school experience from this public school.

I have no doubt all SIX of these are an arranged campaign!This school is so horrible, our children got their AAs from Running Start before they got their worthless LHS diplomas. This District doesn't care one bit about academics; they are far more interested in their sports and in carrying the bottom performers while ignoring top performers.In a Board meeting, a school principal warned the School Board not to listen to parents, because "they don't know what's best." This school doesn''t care what parents think, and are unaccountable when they lie straight to parents' faces. When asked, the Board stated parents should expect that their children would not require remedial math when entering college. Promise broken! Estimates are, as many as 85% attending 4-year schools in WA, needed remedial math.

Terrible school, my child started in this district in kindergarten and as soon as they entered the Middle School it was the worst experience ever imaginable. Constant bullying and not just social/emotional. My child was physically assaulted on more than one occasion, it was recorded on other students phones and on the school cameras. The principal is worthless and should never be allowed to be around children or in a teaching environment. The principal dismissed every complaint and blamed our child that is on the ASD. Even when my child was getting physically assaulted by 3 other students outside at lunch and 2 par-educators stood 15 feet away (this was caught on the school cameras) and nobody but ONE upperclassman intervened at the end when my child was trying helplessly to get away. The teachers let bullying take place and many will say “bullying is a strong word, I don’t think that is what you mean”. If you want a school where safety, your child’s emotional and mental health is PRIORITY. Look elsewhere!! This school will NOT protect your child and will not look out for those that may be more vulnerable or are special needs.
