Garden district midcity area cottage home approx 3 cute blocks south of government st. This home is in a great area of town that has many enjoying walking and bicycling around the safe wonderful tree lined sidewalks. This is a unfurnished rental at the moment. Renovations are in progress at the property. The Kitchen will have new counter tops and several other upgrades and the bathroom will have new tile walls and be updated aswell. We will keep the historic charm and character while updating and renovating. If you need it furnished we can have that done too, however move in date and monthly rate will need to be adjusted. The property does have a mother in law suite and a home behind it that we are renovating to be a furnished rentals. This historic land has a huge tree in front and It has been grandfathered in with a rare unique layout on two large lots in the garden district. The exterior image with the colors is a rendering of the art direction and style we are using.. Carribean coastal pops of color blended with historic Spanish coastal styling . Most renovation work will be wrapping up in Feb - March. We have several popular furnished rental options in Garden district and this one may get furnished if not rented in February. Proof of income and credit score required with application process. Please use Zillow application and or request ours. Move in date set for March 1st.
If a Pet is considered it will cost an extra $50 a month and added to monthly rental rate. Nonsmoking of any kind at the property. Tenant to be willing and able pay digitally through our management software. Deposit required of one months rent. 1 year lease unless terms approved.
