THERE IS A FENCED AREA ATTACHED TO THE LEAN-TO.
I COULD GO ON AND ON ABOUT THIS PROPERTY!! YOU WOULD NOT BE DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS!! IT IS THE PERFECT PROPERTY WITH THE PERFECT HOME AND PERFECT LOCATION.

CENTRAL HEAT AND AIR ARE IN EXCELLENT WORKING CONDITION. THE PAST 2 YEARS WE HAVEN'T USED THE CENTRAL HEAT BECAUSE OF THE PRICE OF PROPANE. HOUSE HAS A PELLET STOVE THAT WE USE FOR HEAT, AS WELL AS 2 SMALL WALL HEATERS UPSTAIRS. ALL 3 WILL STAY WITH THE HOUSE. WE ALSO USE A SUPPLEMENTAL WINDOW A/C UNIT UPSTAIRS THAT WILL STAY WITH THE HOUSE.
