"Central to everything and great hiking nearby but also noisy, rude college kids. Lots of illegally off leash dogs. "
  • Jessica O.
"Definitely a college neighborhood. Fun place to live, near campus as well as parties, but it is loud. "
  • Alec W.
"College community. Sometimes you forget real people live right on the outer edges of it. Amazing place to live, tons of nightlife, and great food. Not where you want to live if you’re looking for quiet "
  • johnarmstrong
"The Chautauqua neighborhood is the best in Boulder. Bordering Chautauqua Park, great views of the Flatirons, walking distance to CU and The Hill, easy access to 36, great schools, and acre upon acre of Open Space, this is the place to live in Boulder."
