Welcome to our Elegant downstairs home situated in the lovely Applegate Valley with large mature trees, numerous vineyards and scenic winding roads. Even though it feels like country, you are only 5 min to the closest gas station, Dollar General Store and a great little supermarket. The hospital and Grants Pass proper is a short 15 min drive. Grants Pass is a quaint little town with much to offer! We have numerous restaurants, a fun outdoor farmers market, beautiful river parks, jet boat rides, fishing, hiking, bicycle trails, and yes tours of the many wineries !! Our home is set up for dual living with the downstairs totally separate from the upstairs.
Our visiting wild life consist of deer, turkeys, peacocks, racoons, and numerous birds. The downstairs home has a special feel about it with an open concept kitchen, mood lighting, big picture windows, new flooring, lots of storage throughout plus a bonus room / study. Our internet is high speed fiber optic. But best of all, you have great landlords who truly care about your comfort and happiness.

This is a month to month lease but can be longer if all parties are happy. Utilities are included and it is fully furnished. No smoking or vaping is permitted. Parking is close to your door for easy access. It is your responsible to keep the house clean and tidy. We are kind and respectful people and expect the same of our tenants.

The upstairs and downstairs are completely separate from each other. This newly renovated 1000 square foot downstairs home is very spacious and comfortable with High speed internet. The 3.5 acre property has many trees, paths to wander about, and a scenic wrap-around canal. Visiting wild life include: deer, turkeys, racoons, peacocks and quail. My sister, who lives upstairs, is a gourmet cook and a very nice person. She enjoys preparing a welcome dinner for our new guests. We wish you well and hope to see you soon.

Homeless lazy drunks are friendly for the most part, as long as you don't try to kick them off your lawn before noon. Police ask for more money every year while conditions stay the same while our property taxes double every few years to hire more sheriff's that don't respond it calls. Great Town! "
