Room for Rent in Spacious 4-Bedroom Home (Sandy, UT)
I have a room for rent in my 4 bed, 2 bath house in Sandy. There are two options: a basement room with its own bathroom or a ground-level room with a shared bath. My preference is to rent out the basement room since it offers more privacy. Both rooms are approximately 11 x 10 feet.
Availability: The room is available immediately, but I'm not in a rush finding a good fit is my priority.
House Features & Amenities:
 Fully furnished common areas (kitchen, living room)
 Brand new washer & dryer
 Plenty of storage in kitchen, common areas, and garage
 Large living room with TV, surround sound, and ample seating
 Furnished guest bedroom available for occasional visitors
 Ample parking (driveway & street)
 If you have your own kitchenware or furniture, there's likely space for it!
 I recently purchased the house, so I'm still adding final touches to some areas.
About Me:
I'm a 40-year-old male who enjoys the outdoors (trail running & climbing), games, movies, and spending time with friends. I work from home as a self-employed engineer. I'm somewhat introverted but enjoy a friendly and respectful home environment.
What I'm Looking For:
I'd like a responsible, clean, quiet, and communicative housemate who is respectful of shared spaces. While this isn't a party house, I do occasionally host friends for board games, BBQs, and get-togethers you're welcome to do the same! My goal is for us to enjoy the space while maintaining open communication.
Rent & Lease Terms: (monthly rent $900, utilities $100 Fixed, lease duration Month - Month, deposit $500)
