Hello and welcome your new home. This is a lovely two bedroom one bath kitchen with storage downstairs and upstairs. There's a lot of beautiful lighting that comes in a lot of fresh air that can be brought in from the windows and the backyard. There's also a great view of Los Angeles at night this is a quiet
tranquil place no noiseno disruptions very private. All you need to do is move in. We're looking for long-term residence.
Please must see to appreciate this is an upstairs and downstairs unit. It comes with the microwave small birds and small
fish are allowed. I am showing this property Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday after 4 o'clock Tuesday and Friday 12 PM to 8 PM. Please contact me for more information.

Owner pays for the water. The occupant will pay for the gas and light. This will be a month-to-month lease and it might change later upon request. We do accept small fish and small birds as pets but that's it off street parking no washer no dryer hook up it comes with the microwavethe kitchen that is.
