4. Age: Applicants must be at least 18 years of age. All prospective occupants 18 years or older must completely fill out an application and be listed as residents on the lease. Applications must be completed through RentSpree.com using link provided, and require a $30 per applicant fee.
5. Photo ID: As part of the application, all prospective tenants must provide a photo ID to be included as part of their completed application.
6. Credit/Criminal History: A credit report and criminal history background check will be processed online by each prospective tenant. The credit score needs to be 650 or greater.
7. Application fee and security deposit: An accepted application without security deposit and required fees does not entitle the applicant to the property. Only the application accepted for the property with all deposits and fees paid will be approved for the property on a first come, first served basis. Certified funds or money orders are required. No personal checks will be accepted for 1st month rents/security deposits.
8. Pet fees: A $300 per pet refundable pet deposit is required. Resident will be responsible for any damage caused by pets. Aggressive breed dogs or dogs that have shown previous aggressive behavior are not allowed under any circumstance.
9. Signatures: Signatures are required to process your application. Any application submitted without signatures will not be considered.
