Great area for hiking, biking and running. Complex has a pool and green area for picnics. This unit has a wood burning stove. Window recently replaced w/shutters. Counter tops in kitchen were upgraded several years ago. Also has a storage room outside.

Renter is responsible for all utilities.
Washer/dryer: Renter is responsible for repairs to Washer/dryer and/or purchase their own should appliance becomes inoperable.
Non-smoking inside unit.
