Fully furnished w 42" streaming TV, Kitchen with service for 12, dishwasher, microwave and plenty of small appliances. Dining room seats up to 8. Four bedrooms (1 with office desk and one non-conforming in the basement) plus separate office. 1 queen bed, 2 king beds which can be separated into 2 extra length twins and one double bed. Work bench with tools in garage. House is a patio home with small fenced in yard and patio. (no yard to mow). HOA grounds include access to pool (in summer), playground, lots of walking paths and pond.

Kitchen includes many small appliances, plus service for 12. Work bench in garage with tools.

$200 allowance toward gas and electric. All other utilities included.

Applicant has the right to provide the landlord with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR), as defined in §38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides the landlord with a PTSR, the landlord is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for the landlord to access or use the PTSR. The landlord may limit acceptance of PTSRs to those that are not more than 30 days old. Confirm PTSR requirements directly with the landlord.
