SWEET 1925 CRAFTSMAN BUNGALOW (Whiteaker Neighborhood ). Highlights include A/C, updated kitchen appliances, and high-efficiency washer and dryer.

We are the owners of this home and manage it ourselves. We've been managing our own rentals for 16 years. We are responsive and provide prompt maintenance and repairs as needed. We believe in good customer service for our tenants. This home has also been deep cleaned since the previous tenant.

In 2021, we renovated this single family home. We painted the interior and installed new kitchen flooring. The kitchen has a new dishwasher, range, and microwave. The bathroom has a new toilet and sink faucet.

There is hardwood flooring in the living room and the two bedrooms.

There is a newly installed water heater and new high-efficiency washer and dryer. The laundry room is shared with the apartment behind the house.

The front yard is fenced with a spacious front porch.

There is no garage and no backyard.

There is a fireplace and hearth, but the fireplace is not to be used for fires (we removed the chimney due to deterioration).

The house has 1100 square feet of total living space.

Rent is $1950 per month and includes utilities (included monthly utilities average $325). Shared utilities include water, electric, gas, and garbage. Also included is a dedicated high speed fiber Internet connection with WiFi router. First month's payment of $1950 and $1500 security deposit required to move-in. 12-month lease. $1900 per month with an 18-month lease.

No smoking inside the house.

Pets considered on a case by case basis.
