"Nice older neighborhood. Close to hospital and downtown. Flat, great for walking dogs. Few sidewalks but broad streers and off street parking makes area comfortable for pedestrians."

"KC, neighborhood has got public transportation and walkable to get to stores,restaurants and certain doctors and dentist, this is a great community to live and raise a family, everyone here watches out for everyone, we have walkers, bicyclists and dog walkers we see every day. "

"people walk there dogs all the time, but we do have one family that leaves their dogs out and if they see you coming they will jump the fence, that's the only problem I see but otherwise it's a great neighborhood "
