Set on 97 acres of beautifully forested trails and meadows, this is a family-friendly, safe, quiet, and charming neighborhood ready to be explored. In the unlikely event you're tempted to adventure off the property, you'll find beaches, lakes and hiking nearby. This spacious and welcoming 2400 sq ft home is available for the month of July and August. There are two half baths and 1 full with a clawfoot tub, in-home laundry, included WiFi, and three bedrooms. Every room has a heat pump with air conditioning, there is a wood stove for cool nights, and a fire pit for s'mores and start gazing. In true cohousing form, the home shares a sound proofed fire wall and a garage with friendly neighbors. There is a 19.2kw EV charger for your private use which will give you a full charge in 4-6 hours. $3500/month $500 deposit. We welcome well-behaved pets.

I feel safe and I am able to walk around at 3 am with no worries. I love to explore. I always seem to be discovering new nooks and crannies everyday. There’s always something new, even when I feel like I have seen it all. The restaurants are nice and the people are usually lovely. Little Tokyo is something you must try while you are here! (As long as you’re a Japanese food lover) If you are deciding on coming to Brunswick, I say go for it. It will be worth your while."
